Synology Support have been unhelpful and basically said it's upto me to deal with the seller when buying the key, but what I don't understand is how the key could've been activated/working on my registered DS215j for so long and only now it's unable to be activated.Īny advice on what I can do? I previously purchased an additional Synology surveillance station camera licence from eBay for 42 EUR (so pretty much market rate but I didn't have much choice since I couldn't find any available in stores where I lived at the time) and received the key back in 2015. Thought I'd share this since this seems to be a trap for young players like me.
